Basin Creek Power Project, Montana
Basin Creek was constructed under a fixed-price turnkey contract with Caterpillar Power Generation Systems LLC, which also provides operations and maintenance under a 20-year agreement. The project commenced commercial operations in 2006. |
In 2005, MAXIM acquired a 53.1 MW greenfield power project in Butte, Montana; holding a 95% equity interest. The project was developed by Basin Creek Power Services (BCPS) and provides electricity under a 20-year capacity and energy sales agreement with NorthWestern Corporation.
